We love pets at Mandarin Bay and have a beautiful pet park; however, breed and weight restrictions apply. Limit 2 pets per apartment home. 100 lb weight limit. 1 pet = $25/monthly; additional pet plus $25/monthly; One-time fee = $300 for 1 and 2 pets.
